Meet your barber
Bailie Erdley-Desaro
I’m a barber based in Boise, Idaho. In 2016, one of my friend’s dads enrolled in barber school and I watched his whole life change. That stuck with me, and a few years later I decided to follow the same path.
In 2021 I started my barber journey at Boise Barber College and I’ve been behind the chair ever since. Barbering went from an idea to the thing that pays my bills, keeps me grounded, and lets me meet people I never would have met otherwise.
I cut everything from tight skin fades to classic gentleman cuts, from kids to seniors. My goal is simple: you sit down, we talk through what you want, and you leave feeling sharper, confident, and actually heard.
For me, it’s never just a haircut. You come back to the same barber because the conversation is good, the cut is consistent, and you feel taken care of. That’s what I’m building here, one appointment at a time.
